Gerry McLoughlin

Gerry is a resident of Balaclava with over 20 years’ experience as a registered architect and urban designer, both in private practice and as a senior Urban Designer/Project Manager with Local Government Authorities and a range of State Government Departments. Her experience includes Urban Design Visioning for Sydney Road and Footscray’s Urban Design Framework which is still the blueprint for urban renewal in Melbourne’s western suburbs.Gerry also co-authored the Urban Design Forum CABE Down Under (renamed AUDI Australian Cities and Towns document. As an executive member of the Community Alliance of Port Phillip (CAPP), in 2013 she organised the Fisherman’s Bend Urban Renewal Area (FBURA) Community forum.
