IMPA's first AGM was held on 18 March 2015 at Drill Hall, Melbourne. We were fortunate enough to be joined by Professor Brendan Gleeson (Director of the Melbourne Sustainable Society Institute and Professor in Urban Planning Studies at the University of Melbourne) in a conversation about what Melbourne's future holds.

The President's Report from the 2015 AGM is available in the Members' Area.

In August 2014, IMPA hosted a public forum at Deakin Edge that considered whether Melbourne is a 'City in Crisis', in light of serious housing and public space issues that confront our city.

Hosted by Peter Mares, the panel comprised:

GEOFFREY LONDON, Victorian Government Architect

LEANNE HODYL, Strategic Planner at Melbourne City Council

ROBERT LAROCCA, RP Data Victorian Housing Market Specialist

MONIQUE SASSON, Independent Property Analyst, Principal Career Eye

ASHLEY WILLIAMS, Evolve Development for the Property Council

KEN ONG, Councillor and Chair of Planning for the City of Melbourne.
